These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phl333 governing your use of the phl333 online gaming platform at phl333.net. phl333 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend an Account pending verification. Provision of false information to establish eligibility is a material breach of these Terms.
Each eligible individual may hold exactly one (1) Account on phl333. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, devices, or identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraudulent activity.
During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including: your full legal name, date of birth, a valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any of these details change.
Before processing any withdrawal, phl333 requires successful completion of KYC verification. Accepted identification documents include: PhilSys National ID, UMID, Driver's License, Philippine Passport, SSS/GSIS ID, PRC ID, and Voter's ID. The document must be valid (not expired) and the name must exactly match your registered account details. A clear selfie photograph holding the ID may also be required.
You represent and warrant that all information provided to phl333 is truthful and accurate. phl333 accepts no liability for losses arising from incorrect information provided during registration. If phl333 discovers that an account was registered using false information, the account will be closed and any balance may be forfeited, subject to PAGCOR guidelines.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) received via SMS. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
phl333 will never request your full password via email, SMS, live chat, or telephone. Any communication claiming to be from phl333 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
You agree to notify phl333 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. phl333 will investigate reported security incidents but will not be held liable for losses that occurred before notification, unless such losses resulted directly from a security failure on phl333's own systems.
phl333 reserves the right to lock an Account following multiple failed login attempts and to require additional verification before restoring access.
phl333 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following methods: GCash, Maya/PayMaya, GrabPay, BPI online transfer, BDO online transfer, Metrobank online transfer, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT/Coins.ph. Available payment methods may change from time to time.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, although phl333 may apply enhanced due diligence requirements for large deposits.
You may only fund your Account using payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are prohibited. If phl333 determines that funds were deposited from a third-party account, the Account may be suspended and the deposit returned to its source.
GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your Wallet within seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfer processing times are subject to the respective bank's cut-off schedules and may take up to one (1) banking day. phl333 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
All transactions on phl333 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). If you deposit using a payment instrument denominated in a foreign currency, the applicable exchange rate applied by your payment provider will determine the peso amount credited to your Wallet.
Withdrawals from your phl333 Wallet are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. phl333 applies a "return to source" policy as the default withdrawal method.
Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must: (a) have completed KYC verification; (b) have fulfilled any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds; and (c) not be subject to any Account restriction or ongoing investigation.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 per transaction.
Withdrawal requests submitted by KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within one (1) to four (4) hours during standard operating hours. Processing times may be longer for large withdrawal amounts requiring enhanced review, during peak periods, or during Philippine public holidays.
phl333 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for amounts exceeding customary limits or where unusual account activity has been detected. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) compliance measure.
phl333 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. Each promotion is governed by these general Terms and any specific promotional terms published alongside the offer.
Unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotional terms, all Bonus Funds are subject to a 20× (twenty times) wagering requirement calculated on the bonus amount. For example: a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱20,000 in eligible wagers before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
Wagering requirements are fulfilled at different rates depending on game type: slots typically contribute 100%; live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10–15%; other games may contribute at different rates. Current game contribution rates are published in the Promotions section of the Platform.
All Bonus Funds expire thirty (30) days after issuance unless the applicable wagering requirement is met within that period. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically with no entitlement to reinstatement.
phl333 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim bonuses where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that bonus terms have been abused — including but not limited to: use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, irregular betting patterns designed to complete wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploitation of software errors. Players found to have abused bonuses may have their accounts suspended and bonuses forfeited.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are available to players who have completed KYC verification, are in good standing on their account, and are not under any active Account restriction. New player welcome bonuses are restricted to one (1) per natural person, household, IP address, and payment method.
All games available on phl333 are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any inconsistency between these general Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules prevail for matters solely related to game mechanics.
All slot and RNG-based games on phl333 use certified Random Number Generator systems that have been independently audited for fairness. Live dealer games are conducted by physically independent studios using real cards, real roulette wheels, and real dice. phl333 does not manipulate game outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, any bets placed during the malfunction period are void and stakes are returned. phl333 will not honor wins that result from a manifest software error, miscommunication, or a technical fault that produces erroneous odds or outcomes. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is a standard operating principle.
In the event of a disconnection during a live casino session, bets already placed and confirmed by the dealer before disconnection stand and are settled according to the game outcome. phl333 is not liable for disconnection losses caused by your internet service provider or device.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface before play begins. phl333 reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time with notice to players.

Upon termination for breach, phl333 may withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation and may forfeit Bonus Funds. Real Money Balances shall be returned to the player via the original payment method, net of any applicable deductions required by law, unless the Account was terminated due to fraud or money laundering, in which case funds may be held pending resolution.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting phl333 support. Any real money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the verified payment method.
All content on the phl333 Platform — including but not limited to the phl333 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text, graphics, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of phl333 or its licensors and is protected by Philippine intellectual property law and applicable international treaties.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express written consent of phl333.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phl333's total liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phl333 shall not be liable for: indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses; loss of profits or earnings arising from gaming results; interruptions to service caused by third-party systems, internet infrastructure, force majeure events, or scheduled maintenance; or any decision or recommendation made by phl333 staff that the Player relies upon in placing bets.
The Platform is provided "as is." phl333 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components, and accepts no liability for consequences arising from such issues beyond its reasonable control.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the use of the phl333 Platform, shall first be submitted to phl333's internal dispute resolution process. Players may submit a formal complaint to our support team, which will acknowledge receipt within two (2) business days and aim to resolve the complaint within ten (10) business days.
If a complaint is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction through the internal process, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR, which has jurisdiction over disputes arising from PAGCOR-licensed gaming operations in the Philippines. Both parties agree to cooperate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or mediation process.
Subject to the foregoing, the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising from these Terms.
phl333 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments will be published on the Platform with an updated effective date. For material changes, phl333 will notify registered Players via the email address on file at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect, where practicable.
Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you may close your Account at any time and withdraw your Real Money Balance.
